She has a track record of leading diverse global teams and delivering solutions for large international organisations across a broad range of sectors and industries. Linda has a passion for people development, empowerment, transformation and optimising individual and team contribution towards organisational success.
Alex is a co-founder of NLC and has extensive leadership experience with over 30 years of global multi-industry experience in Europe, the USA and Africa. He has assisted a number of organisations to successfully transform their leadership teams, strategies and cultures. Alex is also an executive coach and mentor. He was a director at Dun & Bradstreet Europe Limited and CIO at AngloGold Ashanti Alex is a non-executive director at Absa and Reunert and previously served on the boards of BCX, CIG, Safintra and the Mazor Group.
Loren Schiebe is a Director of NLC and is primarily responsible for the design, development and delivery of the customized programmes that we offer to our clients. Journeying with her clients and watching them progress, grow and develop into the best versions of themselves serves as the greatest fulfilment for her both professionally and personally.
