ALEX DARKO, HEAD OF ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE & CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Alex is a seasoned management consultant, organizational culture and change management specialist and executive mentor with over 30 years of global multi-industry experience in Europe, the USA and Africa. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a MSc. in Management Information Systems. Alex held a number of leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. The positions included Director of UK Shared services, Director of Finance- D& B Europe Ltd and Director of European Accounting Reengineering.
He was also the CIO at AngloGold Ashanti. Alex has assisted a number of organisations to successfully develop and implement strategies, manage major change and transform their cultures and teams. This includes assessing and designing new cultures to support merged organisations.
He serves as a non-executive director on the Boards of Barclays Africa Group, Consolidated Infrastructure Group and Safintra (Pty) Ltd and previously served on the Boards of Business Connexion Group and the Mazor Group.
